How do I cancel my trial or subscription?

Canceling can be done easily by sending a request to our support here. Processing your request usually takes a few minutes but it can take up to 24 hours. You’ll continue to have full access to DSM until the end of your trial or current billing period. After cancellation, you’ll retain access to your account until the next time you’re ready to use DSM.

Will DSM work with personal Facebook profiles or Facebook groups?

Not at the moment. When it comes to Facebook feeds, DSM support Facebook pages only. A workaround of creating a Facebook page and use it with DSM can be a good alternative for you.

Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?

No. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. We’ll never charge a cancellation fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we accept PayPal payments only. Don’t have a PayPal account? Creating one is very easy. Just fill out a few fields in this form, connect your card and you’re ready to go!

Do you offer day passes or pay-as-you-go subscriptions?

Not at this time. Since all of our subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis without a contract or cancellation fee, you can use DSM on an as-needed basis. You are welcome to cancel or renew your subscription at any time.

What will happen to my custom feeds after 7 days free trial?

7 days is a long time to evaluate our product. You can decide if our product can help your business within that period. After 7 days, DSM will show “Free trial ended.” message instead of your custom feed. If you need to use our services indefinitely, please order a DSM plan before 7 days free trial ends.

Do you offer non-profit discounts?

We offer discounts for charitable organizations. Please contact support here to avail the discount. While we don’t have specific discounts for non-profits or educational organizations, we do offer a discount when you sign up for an annual account as well.

What will happen if I did not proceed with the payment or failed to pay?

DSM will not work without the required funds. We will contact you first to fix this issue. If you are online, we will chat you using the chat box on this site. If you did not reply to any of our request. DSM will show “account cancelled due to non-payment” message instead of your custom feed. If you need to continue using our services, please order a DSM plan here.

Can I request a new feature or enhance existing solution?

Yes. Please send your feature requests to DSM support here. We will communicate with you about how exactly you want the feature to work. If your request is possible to do, we will schedule to work on it and email you once development was completed. We love improving DSM so this type of requests are always welcome.

Is there an affiliate program for the DSM Website Plugins?
